Not only did my business relationship with Richard consists of business but also consisted of building a friendship in a relationship in a way that you just don't find any more. He not only fights for your case and your needs but is very trustworthy, which is very important to me and probably to most. Not only this but the compassion that he puts into whatever you are involved in is over the top. There was a lot of extra time and effort an emotion that I received from him which weighs more than I could have asked for and it really just makes you feel good.
